They are a business, a corporation, the man if you will.  Crying "well
theyt said" does nothing for shareholder value so I doubt they care much.

Seriously though, I noticed they changed one of the fonts that they used,
should we complain about that too?  Corporations say one thing and do
another.  this is a consistant behaviour.... why does this surprise
people?
